USA: Protest in Chicago as BLM files lawsuit amid Trump's plans to bring in feds

Protesters descended on Federal Plaza on Thursday as the Black Lives Matter Chicago and several other social justice groups filed a lawsuit to prevent federal agencies from carrying out an order by US President Donald Trump to dispatch federal agents to the city. Movement leaders announced the filing of a lawsuit against the Chicago Police Department, Fraternal Order of Police, and the federal government. Founder of Black Lives Matter Chicago Aislinn Pulley was among several speakers who addressed the crowd. On Tuesday, Trump announced a surge of federal officers to the city of Chicago.
