Serbia: Belgrade to reimpose curfew, strict COVID measures as virus spikes

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic held a presser in Belgrade on Tuesday where he announced new measures in country's fight against coronavirus. According to the Vucic, curfew would be re-imposed in Belgrade starting from Friday and there will be a ban on any kind of gatherings with more than five people. He also announced mandatory vaccinations for over two million people in Serbia starting from Autumn. ​ The Serbian capital is currently the worst-hit city in Serbia. In the whole country, 13 people have died in the past 24 hours with COVID-19 and 299 new cases have been discovered.
