A billboard paying tribute to the victims of the downed Ukrainian jetliner was displayed in the central Valisar square of Tehran, on Monday. The billboard, reading «Sadness has become worse», displayed the names of the victims and was met with mixed reactions by Tehran's residents. «It's not something that can be solved just with a simple apology», commented one resident, saying that well trained air defense forces should avoid such incidents. Others blamed the authorities for failing to clarify the incident with the public. «Neither the president nor any official came forward to explain to people, and the explanations of IRGC commander [Hajizadeh] did not convince us.» The current poster has replaced another poster depicting slain Iranian Quds Force general Qasem Soleimani. On Saturday, Iran's military admitted «unintentionally» shooting down Ukrainian International Airlines (UIA) flight PS752, killing all 176 people on board. **RESTRICTIONS: NO Access Israel Media/Persian Language TV Stations Outside Iran/Strictly No Access BBC Persian/VOA Persian/Manoto-1 TV/Iran International**
